project expo

Description :

              An event where you need to showcase your project. The project expo is open to all sorts of projects irrespective of departments. Project can be either software or hardware. Hardware of the project should be displayed,if it is hardware. Block diagram is mandatory for both software and hardware.

Requirements :  1. Project can be exhibited either  by team of 2 members or individual

idea presentation

Description:
1.Participants should come up with unique and innovative ideas.
2.Participants should be clear in their ideas and should be able to convey the content in a proper way. 
3.Participants should be able to explain the future advancements for his/her idea.

Rules: 1.Maximum 2 members in a team.

           2.The teams have to prepare the ppt.

           3.Each team must mention topic&team name.

           4.The presentation should be maximum 10 min

gadget review

1. There should be a individual participation.
2. The person should explain about the gadgets related to virtual, health and smart watches etc..
3. They may also bring new gadgets to explain which was not known to anybody.
4. The review should be more informative.
5. They want to explain its uses and how it can be helpful.
5. Time should be maximum of 8-10 mnts

drive competition

3-section aptitude test:

The aptitude test contains three sections with time limits and cutoffs for each. These include logical and analytical reasoning, quantitative ability and verbal ability.

The first section (reasoning) contains questions of easy to moderate level on topics like data sufficiency, visual reasoning, data interpretation, syllogism, statement reasoning, etc. You will have 25 minutes to answer 15 questions.

The second section (quantitative aptitude) contains questions on time, speed and distance, permutation and combination, number series, formulae, analytical puzzles, algebra, probability etc. and the difficulty level is moderate to high. Here you will get 35 minutes for 10 questions. 
With just 35 minutes for 40 questions, time management is crucial in the last section (verbal ability). You can expect fill-in-the-blanks, synonyms, antonyms, paragraph completion, vocabulary, sentence correction, etc. Try and attempt all questions since there is no negative marking.

2 rounds of interview:

The interview consists of two rounds—technical and HR. The good thing about the interview is that the questions generally revolve around your CV. Apart from exhibiting domain knowledge; remember to be polite and confident since your communication skills are also being assessed.

a) Technical round: Candidates are generally asked questions based on their CV and their area of interest. Sound knowledge of at least one programming language, information about operating systems, and awareness of the latest emerging technologies are some things that could help you notch up a good score in this round.

​

b) HR round: The technical round is followed by the HR interview. The objective here is to assess whether you are a good fit for the company. The scope of questioning is wide, ranging from your background, to your hobbies, and even your view of life! Be prepared to face questions intended to gauge your sincerity in applying for the job. 

robo race

1.Robo can be wired or wireless
2.Max 2 members in a team
3.No of rounds will be decided based on the participants
4. Winner will decided based on the time ( whoever completes the track in lesser time)
5.The robot must not leave behind any of its parts during the run; else it will result in disqualification
6. This is racing event so fastest and most balanced robot will win.
7.) No test practice will be allowed on the arena.

lightening talks

Description:

  • It is a short presentation lasting for 4-5 mins 

  • Presentation deals with the latest technical topics 

  • The person can come in a team of 2 members or single 

  • Presentation is must about the topic 

  • Based on the presentation participate should come with a idea about that will be essential and why he thinks so

Rules:

  • Ppt should be there

  • Should speak upto 5 mins
